Polycrystalline Diamond
Mostly preferred choice of tooling material for non-ferrous abrasive metalwork materials, PCD a tooling material is apt for aluminum, silicon alloys and metal matrix composites. With a promise of definitive wear resistance, PCD promises unparalleled quality part over long production runs and reduces machine downtime effectively. Heyaru features the broadest range of PCD grade, catering for applications where the most important requirement is its abrasion resistance, to applications where edge toughness is supreme.
Single crystal lab grown diamond solutions
In order to provide greater options for their tooling solutions, Heyaru’s group crystal diamond solutions are developed for metalworking tool applications and wheel dressing.
High abrasion, resistance for various types of dressing and cutting applications, high thermal conductivity, good thermal stability and high purity are some of the positive benefits of single crystal lab grown diamond.
For the ultra precision machining of polymers, metals and optical materials, Heyaru offers large single crystal lab grown diamond plates of the optimum quality. High pressure synthesized and CVD synthesized sizes in our collection helps minimize the processing times, providing greater consistency in comparison to natural diamonds.
Uniform wear, ease of use, the choice of 2pt and 4pt orientations, brilliant thermal stability and materials that can be engineered to specified dimensions are some of the advantages of single srystal lab grown diamond plates.
Polycrystalline cubic boron nitride (PCBN)
Heyaru’s group polycrystalline cubic boron nitride PCBN are used for the production of precision cutting tools for machining of ferrous materials like grey and hard cast irons, hard steels and high temperature super-alloys.
Various grades of PCBN are provided to assemble specific application requirements. For the automotive industry, air turbine engine components and super alloys for land, low CBN materials are generally used for the finishing of hardened steel components..
For the finish and rough machining of cast irons and for extremely abrasive powder metallurgy parts like automotive valve seats, gih CBN materials are used.
